5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bd777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

7.2 bd777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed: (a) after an event has concluded; (b) at odds that were the result of a technical error or manifest error; (c) in circumstances where bd777 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet formed part of a coordinated effort to exploit pricing errors; or (d) in breach of these Terms.

7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all bd777 sports and casino products. These limits are displayed within each product and may be varied by bd777 at any time.

7.4 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error during a gaming session, bd777 will make reasonable efforts to recover the session state. Where full recovery is not possible, bets affected by a verified technical fault will be settled in a fair manner determined at bd777's reasonable discretion.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of bd777.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bd777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, bd777 will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeframe to the Player through their registered contact details within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or regulatory constraints on disclosure.

12.3 Upon termination of an Account for cause, bd777 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to bd777, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

12.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting bd777 customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification, provided no investigation is pending.
